This doesn’t just go for all the people going into their first job, but for everyone who is is the work-force. If you are in a meeting and have a strong opinion around what is being discussed, please do not bite your tongue and speak up on the subject matter. It is much easier said than done as they are your superiors and you may not want to disagree with them, but it is a much better way of going about your professional career than not. You only have to be right once for them to take notice.
